INOPERATIVE A/CS
1. Saving and current a/cs in which there is no customer induced operation for two years will
be classified as inoperative a/cs. Such a/cs will be made operative only after due diligence
as per risk category of the customer and after obtaining reasons from the customer for non-
operation in the a/c.
2. In case of a/cs which are dormant / inoperative for more than ten years, names of the a/c
holders or persons authorized to operate the a/cs in case of non-individual a/cs , and their
address will be displayed on the bank’s website.
